All orders are subject to approval by Arthur Apparel and will be confirmed upon sending a Shipment Confirmation email. Please note that during sales periods it may take up 5 business days to process your order.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

RETURN POLICY
Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of shipment for store credit.
Refunds and exchanges are only issued where the garment is deemed faulty beyond repair. We reserve the right to repair or replace faulty garments.
Garment/s must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in original packaging (incl. bag/cushion cover). We reserve the right to charge a fee or refuse the return if the garment is not in this condition upon receipt.
Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt/tracking number - Arthur Apparel is not accountable for any lost packages.
Returns are processed daily.
*Final sale items, accessories, custom orders and altered items are not eligible for return. Final sale includes any items where the discount is 30% or higher, or the product is marked as final sale. Please shop mindfully.

All orders are shipped from our Sydney, Australia warehouse.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Longer than usual shipping times should be expected during sale periods and launches.

United States and Canada taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost, for all other international orders, any applicable import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you are familiar with your region's import duty and tax regulations prior to purchasing. If your order exceeds your region's importation threshold, DHL will contact you for payment.
Pre-order
If your order includes both available stock and pre-order garments, your order will not be dispatched until all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items separately, you must place separate orders to which our standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.
