We are now shipping orders from two locations; Sydney, Australia and Bali, Indonesia.
Please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch of your order, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Longer than usual shipping times should be expected during sale periods and launches.

Indonesia - JNE 30,000IDR or free for orders over 1,000,000IDR

Any applicable import duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you are familiar with your region's import duty and tax regulations prior to purchasing. If your order exceeds your region's importation threshold, DHL will contact you for payment.
PO boxes
DHL does not deliver to PO boxes. We recommend providing an a residential or business address. All packages require signature on delivery. DHL will contact you on the day of delivery to confirm you will be present to sign. If you waive your right to sign, please ensure that there is a safe place for your package to be left. Arthur Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged.
Pre-order
If your order includes both available stock and pre-order garments, your order will not be dispatched until all items are available. If you wish to receive the available items separately, you must place separate orders to which our standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to track the delivery of your goods.
Changes or cancellations of orders can only be made prior to receiving your shipping confirmation.

We accept payment via the following providers: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Afterpay AUD, Paypal and Bank Transfer (Indonesia Only).
